Ontario Society of Professional Engineers - Professional Development

OSPE's Management and Leadership Development Program

The Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) and our professional development partner Rzultz Consulting have teamed up to deliver a comprehensive, multi-tiered leadership and management development program for engineers, project specialists, managers, technical teams and organizations. This is the only program of its kind – specifically developed for engineers.

This program is designed to inspire attendees to do their jobs better and manage and lead others more effectively.

Our three certificate programs, along with their respective workshops, provide program participants with the flexibility to build their own learning program that aligns to their unique personal growth needs. Participants will receive a certificate of completion following each workshop as well as a program certificate following completion of all workshops within a stream.
