Student Survey: Breaking Barriers for Women in STEM - OSPE Seeks Your Input

The purpose of this survey is to collect and analyze grass roots perspectives on the barriers that contribute to the underrepresentation of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) . We welcome insights from all students in STEM as our research seeks to explore similarities and differences in their situations and perspectives.

Based on the survey findings and further consultations through focus groups and interviews, OSPE and its partners plan to develop and pilot strategies to address systemic barriers including using technology-based tools designed to support women and girls in STEM, and create and promote workplace and government policy recommendations.

We estimate that this survey will take 10 – 15 minutes to complete.
