  • are a professional engineer who holds a licence in a Canadian jurisdiction other than Ontario
  • are a holder of a Temporary, Limited or Provincial Licence issued by Professional Engineers in Ontario
  • are not a licensed engineer, but a graduate of an engineering degree program recognized by OSPE
