Conducted for over 50 years, the OSPE Employer Compensation Survey provides engineers and employers with a valuable picture of hiring trends and compensation levels across all categories and disciplines of the engineering profession. The Survey provides total cash compensation data for the full spectrum of engineering responsibility levels (Levels A through F). The survey will assist employers with the development of effective compensation plans for their professional engineering employees and is continually updated to reflect trends in pay administration.
