The McMaster University Dofasco Centre for Engineering and Public Policy’s Theory and Practice of Energy Policy Analysis graduate course investigates Ontario’s highly volatile energy situation with an overview of the Canadian energy technology and policy context. Registration Procedures: - OSPE members wishing to register for the Energy and Public Policy course must first apply to be accepted into ‘Post Degree Studies’ at McMaster University. The Application Form is linked in the pdf description.
- The Application Form, with a $90 non-refundable application fee, must be submitted to McMaster University. The following information is necessary to fill in the form under ‘Graduate Certificate and Diploma Courses Application for Current Academic Year’:

Term 2 - If you register after December 22, a late registration fee will be assessed at $50.00
- Applications will not be accepted after January 12, 2009.
- Upon approval from the course instructor and Department Chair, you will be notified if you have been accepted into the course, at which time the full tuition of $2143 is due.
- You will receive course details prior to the January 22 start.
- If you do not drop the course before deadline (February 13, 2009), please notify OSPE that you are still enrolled, along with your OSPE membership number. Upon verification that you are still enrolled in the course, OSPE will issue you a cheque equivalent to a 10% discount of the course tuition ($214.30).
